Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Dometria web app at dometria.app — the free plan and the paid Pro and Max subscriptions. Please read them before you create an account or buy a subscription.

1. About Dometria

Dometria (https://dometria.app/) is a web app that turns the floor plan of a home into a furnished 3D model in the style you choose, and suggests real products from online shops with their prices. In these terms, “Dometria”, “we” and “us” mean the team that runs the app, and “you” means the person using it.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, signing in or buying a subscription, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

You must be at least 16 to create an account. To buy a paid subscription you must be an adult or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Profile

  • You create an account with an email address and password or with a Google account. The details you enter must be accurate.
  • You are responsible for your password and for everything done from your account. If you suspect someone else is using it, change your password and write to us.
  • One account is for one person — don't share it or sell it.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.

4. The service and its results

You upload the floor plan of a home (a photo, PDF or drawing). The plan is read automatically with the help of artificial intelligence (Google's Gemini API), after which the app builds a 3D model, furnishes the rooms and suggests products from shops.

The results are a visualisation and a guide, not an architectural, engineering or construction design. Automatic reading can get a dimension, a wall or a room wrong. Before renovating, ordering furniture or making any other decision, check the measurements on site and consult a professional where needed.

Products, prices and availability come from the shops' websites and may change. Dometria doesn't sell these products and isn't a party to your purchase from a shop — that happens on the shop's website and under its terms.

5. Plans, limits and payment

  • Free — 2 generations a month, no payment.
  • Pro and Max — paid subscriptions with a higher monthly limit. Current prices, limits and what each plan includes are in the Pricing section.
  • One generation is one processing of an uploaded plan. The limit resets at the start of each calendar month, and unused generations don't carry over. “Run again” after an error doesn't count.
  • Prices are in euros. Payment is processed by Creem (creem.io), the merchant of record for the sale: it takes the payment, charges VAT for your country where due and issues the invoice. Creem's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
  • You enter your card details on Creem's page — Dometria never sees or stores them.

6. Renewal and cancellation

  • A subscription is monthly or yearly and renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price until you cancel it.
  • You can cancel at any time from “Subscription and payments” in the dashboard. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which your account moves to the free plan.
  • If a renewal fails (for example, an expired card), Creem tries again. If the payment still doesn't go through, the subscription stops and your account moves to the free plan.
  • If we change the price of a plan, we'll let you know at least 14 days in advance. The new price applies from the next period, and you can cancel your subscription before then.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. To do so, write to us at rumen.b.popov@gmail.com within that period.

If you start using the paid plan within those 14 days, you are asking for the service to start straight away. In that case, if you withdraw, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for what you've already used. The refund is made by Creem to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal.

After those 14 days we don't refund a period that has already started, unless the service didn't work through our fault or the law requires otherwise — in that case, write to us and we'll sort it out.

8. Promo codes

  • A promo code gives you a plan free for a set period or a discount on the price — depending on the code.
  • Each account can use a given code once. Codes can't be sold or exchanged for money, and they may have an expiry date or a limited number of uses.
  • A plan taken with a 100 % code doesn't renew on its own — when it ends, your account moves to the free plan unless you choose a paid one.

9. Acceptable use

Use Dometria only lawfully and for its intended purpose. You may not:

  • upload files you don't have the right to, or content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of others;
  • upload files containing other people's personal data that isn't needed for the plan;
  • overload the service, use it with automated scripts or get around your plan's limits;
  • try to access other people's accounts, data or the server;
  • copy, resell or embed the app or its 3D models in another service without our written consent.

10. Content and rights

  • Your plans stay yours. By uploading a plan, you allow us to process it (including through Google's Gemini API) and to keep it and its results for as long as the service needs them — as described in the privacy policy.
  • The results — the 3D view, the renders and the product list — you may use freely for personal and professional purposes, for example to show them to a client or a contractor.
  • The app, its design, its code and the 3D models of the furniture and objects belong to Dometria. Product and shop names and brands belong to their owners.

11. Third-party services

Dometria uses outside services: Google (sign-in and reading the plan), Creem (payment) and the shops' websites (products and prices). Their own terms apply to them as well. We aren't responsible for the content or availability of other websites.

12. Liability

  • We do our best to keep the app running and accurate, but we provide it “as is”: there may be interruptions for maintenance, reading errors, or changes to the shops' products.
  • To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions, purchases or renovations made on the basis of the results, or for lost profits or indirect damages.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Dometria in the last 12 months.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

13. Suspending and deleting your account

You can stop using Dometria at any time and delete your account from the settings (cancel any paid subscription first). We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, after letting you know by email, unless the breach is serious or the law requires otherwise. If we suspend a paid account through no fault of yours, we'll refund the proportionate part of what you paid for the unused period.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when we change the app or the plans, or when the law requires it. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top. For significant changes we'll let you know in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree with them, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your country.

If you have a problem, please write to us first — we'll try to resolve it quickly. You can also file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or with the competent court.
